1. BACKGROUND AND APPLICABILITY

This Policy describes the manner in which Nyrasoft Services Private Limited (Nyroca) collects, uses,

processes, stores, and discloses personal data of users in accordance with the Information Technology

Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

(b) Technical and Device Information.

(c) Product and User-Uploaded Information (including health-related data uploaded at user discretion).

(d) Communication and Chat Records.

(e) Payment and Transaction Information.

(f) Usage Analytics and Cookies.

3. LEGAL BASES AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Personal data is processed for performance of the user contract, compliance with law, and legitimate

business purposes including: account creation, platform operation, security, fraud prevention,

communications, and analytics.4. USER-UPLOADED DATA AND RESPONSIBILITY

All uploads of content, documents, or health data are at the sole discretion and risk of the user.

Nyroca does not validate or control such information and shall not be liable for any loss, leakage, or

misuse.

Visibility settings (public/private) are provided on a best-effort basis only.

5. DATA STORAGE AND TRANSFERS

All data is stored on AWS servers located in India. Data may be transferred internationally for technical

reasons with adequate security safeguards.

6. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

Personal data may be shared with:

(i) vendors and service providers engaged through Nyroca;

(ii) payment processors and IT infrastructure providers;

(iii) government authorities under lawful request.

7. RETENTION AND DELETION

Personal data shall be retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected

or to comply with legal requirements. Users may request erasure by written email.

8. SECURITY MEASURES

Nyroca implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against

unauthorised access, loss, or destruction, including encryption and restricted access controls. Absolute

security cannot be guaranteed.

9. INTERNATIONAL USERS

All users worldwide who access Nyroca agree that processing of their data is subject to the laws of India

and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.10. USER RIGHTS

Users may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent, or erasure of data by contacting

nyrocaofficial@gmail.com.

Nyroca will respond in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

11. CHILDREN’S DATA

The Platform is not directed to individuals below 18 years of age. Nyroca does not intentionally collect

information from minors.

12. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

Nyroca reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. The updated Policy will be published on the

Platform with the effective date.
