1. DEFINITIONS

“Company”, “Nyroca”, or “We” refers to Nyrasoft Services Private Limited.

“User” or “You” refers to any person accessing or using the Platform.

“Platform” means the Nyroca mobile app, website, and associated services.

2. INTERPRETATION

The Platform serves as an intermediary facilitating interaction among users, service providers, and

vendors.

All data uploaded, shared, or displayed is under the sole control of the user.

3. SERVICES OFFERED

Nyroca provides access to:

(a) Business and personal profile creation;

(b) Product and document storage (bills, warranties, AMCs);

Nyroca does not provide or guarantee the quality of any third-party service.

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

(a) All uploads, including images, products, invoices, or health information, are made at the user’s sole

discretion.

(b) Nyroca does not guarantee the confidentiality or performance of privacy settings.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nyroca shall not be responsible for:

(i) Vendor performance or quality;

(ii) Errors or loss in user data;

(iii) Inaccurate visibility controls;

(iv) Indirect or consequential damages.

Liability shall not exceed INR 10,000.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,

1996, before one arbitrator appointed by Nyroca.

Language: English. The award shall be final and binding.
